    Orders placed from November 15 to December 25, 2023, will now enjoy an extended return window of 60 days.

    • Eligible Order Period: Applicable only to orders made between November 15 and December 25.
    • Extended Returns Window: If your order falls within this period, you have 60 days to initiate a return.

    IF YOU'D LIKE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE FOLLOW OUR RETURN POLICY AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE PRODUCT YOU DESIRE. THIS WILL ENSURE THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE AND GETS TO YOU QUICKER.

    NON-RVCA RETURN

    Please ensure you return the correct item(s) when making a return. RVCA is not responsible for non-RVCA items shipped back to us in error. No compensation will be provided for incorrect items sent to RVCA.

    RETURN POLICY

    • MERCHANDISE CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF PURCHASED ONLINE DIRECTLY FROM RVCA.COM
    • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ORGINAL CONDITION. 
    • Merchandise must be in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
    • ITEMS LISTED AS FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND. 
    • SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED DURING CHECKOUT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. 
    • PACKAGES THAT ARRIVE COD MAY BE DENIED, OR THE COD AMOUNT MAY BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR RETURN. 

    Customers are responsible for any return costs. RVCA Members get free returns. We suggest obtaining proof of return and retaining it until your refund has been processed. You will be notified via email throughout your package journey and once your refund has been approved. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Once approved, allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account.

    FOR ALL OTHER GUESTS, RETURN SHIPPING LABELS ARE $6.95, THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

    • DROP YOUR PACKAGE OFF AT ANY U.S. MAIL LOCATION.

    ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY OUR WAREHOUSE, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE.

    ADDITIONAL PROCESSING TIME MAY OCCUR DEPENDING ON YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BEFORE THE FUNDS APPEAR ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

    YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL THROUGHOUT YOUR PACKAGE JOURNEY AND ONCE YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

  • How do I return an item?

    Click here to select the item(s) to be returned and print your return label.

    If you placed your order through Instagram or Facebook, please request a return by contacting our customer service team by clicking here.

    For all RVCA Insider members, return shipping labels are FREE.
    For all other guests, return shipping labels are $6.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund. You are welcome to sign up to become a RVCA Insider Member here

    • - Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • - Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
    • - Please print the shipping label.
    • - Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest USPS.
    • - Remember to keep your tracking number!

    Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive to our facility.
    Once your return has been received by our warehouse, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

  • What is your return address?

    Unfortunately, our returns address is not available. All returns must be processed through our returns page clicking here.

    Any unauthorized return labels will not be processed and sent back to sender.

     

     

  • How do I check the status of my return?

    Please visit our Order Status and Returns Page by clicking here.

    Please Note: Transit time can take up to 10-14 business days before we receive your return. Once your return has been received, allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your refund back to the original form of payment.

     

  • How long can a return take to complete?

    Once a return has been sent back, please allow 10-14 business days for transit time. Once our facility has received the return, allow for an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to be completed back to your original form of payment.
